These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products, including Services such as VoIP solutions, dedicated hosting solutions, Windows server solutions, and telecommunication services. Our Hosting Servers Plan includes dedicated servers with customizable RAM and hardware upgrades, scalable solutions to meet your growing needs, and 24/7 technical support.

Upgrade Terms require a minimum of 30 days’ notice, and payment for upgrades is due upon receipt of invoice, with our sales team explaining upgrade options and costs. Payment Terms require payment upon receipt of invoice, with accepted methods including bank transfers to NEXU SOLUTIONS LLC and PayPal payments to NEXU SOLUTIONS LLC, and late payment fees may apply. Our Service Level Agreement guarantees an uptime of 99.9%, responds to support requests within 2 hours, and resolves issues within 4 hours. Support will be provided through AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Skype.

Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits activities such as spamming, hacking, and illegal activities, requiring compliance with all laws and regulations. Intellectual Property ownership remains with Nexu Voice, while you retain ownership of your data. Confidentiality is maintained, except where required by law or to provide our services. Limitation of Liability limits our liability to direct damages, excluding indirect and consequential damages. Termination requires written notice, with termination fees potentially applying. Contact will be conducted through your registered email address. Changes to Terms may be made at any time, with changes effective upon posting, and we encourage regular review of our Terms.

Our On-Services Plan requires a minimum cost of $1000, which includes website design and development, and additional services such as custom software development, e-commerce solutions, and digital marketing services are available, please contact our sales team for a customized quote and to discuss your specific needs. Additionally, we offer support for 3rd party products/services at a cost of $100, which is non-refundable. Please note that we do not provide CRM systems without a hosting plan. We do not offer one-time CRM installations; our CRM solutions are only available as part of our hosting plans.
